The beauty of Rome

I just wanted to show you these few snapshots I got from when I was in Rome. It was such a breathtaking view inside the church. Even though history is not one of my strongest subjects in school, I still love to look at it and try to imagine how it would have been back in the days. One thing I just can't understand is how they created one of these beautiful pieces. Back then they didn't have all these tools and machines to build with as we have today. I guess that's just part of the unknown history?

Today is our last day in Italy. Those two weeks went by so fast, can't believe I'm already leaving tonight. We just got back from town, where we bought some sweets so we are prepared for the long drive. The weather is so bad right now, but it doesn't really matter as I have to pack my suitcase anyway. Apparently the weather is also bad in Denmark, not what I hoped for. Alright talk to you soon, hugs!
